Oct 23, 2024

The members of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) will gather for the 22nd Annual Membership Conference in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam during 10-13 November 2024. The conference will start on Sunday 10.11.2024 evening with a welcome reception and continues with two conference days on 11.-12.11.2024 and social program on 13.11.2024. The Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel has been contracted for this event.

Wolfgang Karau, Director of the network states: “In our 24 years of existence we are again excited to welcome members from all over the globe and spending quality time with each other, exploring upcoming new opportunities in project cargo movements and sharing useful market information. Sponsors and speakers include Wisetech Global and a representative for the Vietnam Chamber of Commercial and Industry (VCCI). Member companies, having joined the network recently, will give a presentation as well.

On the second day of the conference a charity auction will be held in support of the local Tutam Home, taking care of disadvantaged children. Items for the auction have been donated by Chapman Freeborn Airchartering, BBC Chartering and from various network member companies.

The members will enjoy each other’s company also during social programs, including a Vietnamese dinner, a river cruise and a city tour. The spouses of the attending members are invited to a tour in the highest building in Vietnam, the Landmark 81.

Our local member A My Trans & Services Corporation, represented by Mr. Huynh Vi Phuc (Philip) will act as local host and sponsor for the event.”
