WWPC Annual Membership Conferences are the highlight of the year for the network and are always well attended and supported by first class sponsors and trade media.
The conferences start with an evening welcome reception in a friendly atmosphere followed by a two day conference. Sponsor and new member presentations, charity auctions, member-to-member meetings and member only sessions are the frame for these events. Social happenings are well thought out events supported by the local WWPC members, giving the attendees a pleasant occasion to enjoy splendid time with each other and ponder future business opportunities.
Attending members vote in a closed “members only session” on vital issues for the forthcoming year, such as location for the next annual conference, members to the Board of Advisors and level of the membership fee.
The members cover their cost for travel and accommodation only. The network provides direct bookings with the selected event hotel based on group discount rates.

Worldwide Project Consortium exhibits at selected international trade fairs to present the network and the services of the members. WWPC marketing material, such as brochures, newsletters, membership directories and Heavy Cargo News Magazine are always welcomed by the visitors.
