Movement by ro/ro pontoon through Dutch inner waterways

Stedergroup, member to the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC)  for the Netherlands, has moved a Hitachi EX1200 excavator of 110 MT from the customer quay in the Netherlands to the outgoing terminal in Belgium for further transport by ro/ro vessel to South America.

The unit measuring 9.62 x 5.84 x 4.75 m (LxWxH).

Stedergroup utilized the Dutch inner waterways for this kind of transport, which is the most economical way of moving large components and machines to the Belgium base ports.
