Switzerland’s General Transport AG was recently awarded to arrange transportation and shipping of a three roller plate bending machine from Basel via Antwerp to Yekaterinburg, located some 1800 km south-east of St. Petersburg.
Main components up to 55 tons unit weight were shipped to St. Petersburg where Russia WWPC member Mortrans Ltd. took over for overland trucking to its final destination with 1 week transport time.
All cargo arrived timely, safely and without any damages at its final destination to the whole satisfaction of WWPC Switzerland’s principals.
