Auction supporting local charity, AMAMOS, supporting children in Brazil

WWPC continues to sponsor local charities who support children in need. During past years WWPC featured Beluga School-for-Life and a local Mumbai charity. Our members and sponsors contribute to the support of such charities by participating in an auction with specific sponsored items.

In Mumbai 2011 WWPC had Rickmers Linie to sponsor with a gift voucher for 2 person voyage onboard one of the vessels from Antwerp to Genoa, highest bidder General-Transport, Switzerland, Beluga Shipping with a gift voucher for 2 people for 3 days in the Beluga School for Life premises in Thailand, highest bidder AmyTrans,Vietnam and Ruslan International with two large scale models of the famous Antonov-124-100 cargo airplane, highest bidder Stedergroup, Netherlands (pictures of bidders Mr. Mumenthaler, also Auctioneer in Mumbai, and Mr. deKorte enjoying their products attached).

Another significant item was a large painting by an Indian artist, sponsored by Sahil Freight Express, India.

We look forward to continue with this tradition and encourage our sponsors and members to contribute to the auction. Amamos has been named to us by O.Lisboa, WWPC Member in Brazil. The AMAMO Charity will be presented by Mr. Stefan Ulmann, Director.
